All the data made offline are saved to Offline Files folder and it's located at C:\windows\CSC folder if your system drive letter is C.

Files and folders selected as available offline are stored in the User directory cache and not accessible using a file explorer. They can only be accessed via the virtual drive, and only when Drive for desktop is running.

Open Explorer from the user's login account, click on Tools in the menu bar, click on Folder options and then offline files tab. Now click on 'View Offline files' tab. It opens Offline Files folder, select all the files, open some other folder on the local drive and paste the files there.
