Does exporting come after the final cut?
Exporting your finished movie is one of the last steps of the editing process. This tutorial covers the process of converting your edited project into a new movie file that can be uploaded to YouTube, embedded into a website or presentation, or burned to a DVD.
How are Final Cut Pro files saved?
Final Cut Pro automatically saves all the changes you make as you work on a project, which means you never have to save changes manually. Also, you can undo all of your changes up to the last time you quit and reopened Final Cut Pro by choosing Edit > Undo (or pressing Command-Z).
