What is a design view in database?
What Is Design View? Design view enables you to design and set up your database (kind of a "behind the scenes" view of your database). This is where you set up and configure your tables, forms, reports, etc.
What is design view of table in MS Access?
While Datasheet view lets you work directly with the data in tables, Design view takes you behind the scenes to work with the table structure. In Design view you have much finer control over how the fields in your data are defined and validated. You can open a closed table in Design view with just a few clicks.
What is the use of design view?
Design view allows you to create or change the table, form, or other database object, and configure the fields. You can also set keys and restrict the values entered here. But you can't change the database data in design view.
