Where do exported files go?
Your browser should save exports you've downloaded in your computer's Downloads folder.
What is the difference between import and export files?
Similarly, in computer terminology, "import" means to bring a file from a different program into the one you're using, and "export" means to save a file in a way that a different program can use it.
Does exporting a file delete it?
while Export copies the items you are exporting, Archive removes them from your current data file. You would use Export to create a backup of your data, especially when you are not using a pst file, or to create a copy to use on another computer.
Does export mean save?
To save is to commit changes to a permanent state in a format that the application can natively utilize. To export is to change the data format so that another application can utilize it.
