Decrypt Files From Properties Right-click on the encrypted file and select Properties. In the General tab, select Advanced. Now, uncheck the Encrypt contents to secure data radio box and click on OK.
Can you decrypt encrypted?
Yes of course - that's what encryption was invented for - encrypt data for some time (or during transmission), but then being able to decrypt it again. Without the option to decrypt, it's more like hashing data.
