Launch File Explorer (you can press Win+E). Click "This PC" in the left sidebar, if File Explorer didn't open to the This PC screen. At the top of the screen, click the "Map network drive" button in the "Network" toolbar section. Enter the address of your network share in the prompt which appears and click "Finish."

Open File Explorer and select This PC. Select the Computer tab, then select Map Network Drive. Enter the IP address of the server or share name to give the path of the shared drive, then check the box next to Reconnect at sign-in.
Why can't I connect to a shared folder?
Press and hold (or right-click) the shared folder. Select Properties, and then select Advanced Sharing on the Sharing tab. Select Permissions, check Allow for Full Control of Everyone, and then press Enter. Select OK on the Advanced Sharing dialog box.
