Does anyone use Access databases anymore?

Yes, it is. It is still used for personal single-user databases, lightweight workgroup and small office databases, quick-and-dirty frontends to corporate databases, rapid database application prototyping, and manipulating and querying data in diverse enterprise databases. 29 мар. 2019 г.

Is Microsoft Access still used in 2020?

Is Microsoft Access dead? No, Microsoft have no plans to end Microsoft Access. They are committed to its development.

Is Access database still relevant?

Over the years from the mid-1990s until the present, I have developed many Microsoft (MS) Access database applications for clients and for in-house projects. Most of these databases are still in use at client sites and others are still used within Hallam-ICS on projects.

Why do people not use Microsoft Access?

Because it is seen as not being a “proper” database, like SQL Server for example, a lot of database developers look down on it, which is to miss the point really. Access provides a very powerful and functional front-end to a database, and there is no reason why that database can't be SQL Server.
